Delivery & Set Up

At ZAPA INTERIORS you have three options to choose from when arranging the delivery of the furniture you purchase from us at our store. Please review the following delivery options before making your final purchase.

Option 1: Pick Up – FREE

When your goods are ready to be picked up a sales representative will contact you to arrange a pick up date and time.

Please make sure you bring help for pick up as no one from the store will give you a hand to load the furniture.

Our Pick up hours are Monday – Friday 10 am to 6 pm

Option 2: Drop off ONLY

Drop shipment means that your order will not be set up or placed in the room of your choice. We will arrive at your home and place the item in your front doorway of your home or the receiving area of your condominium. Packaging removal is not available on DROP OFF. You cannot upgrade to the white glove at the time of delivery, this can only be done at the time you purchase your product.

Option 3: White Glove Service
Price is calculated prior by the amount of your purchase and the location of your delivery.

White Glove Service includes full delivery and full set up. We will place the product in the room(s) of your choice. The removal of packaging will only be taken if the Packaging Removal Service was purchased. With this service our delivery teams have moving blankets to ensure the protection of your floors as well as being sure to protect their shoes/boots from debris. We will even secure the handles on your items. Your space must be ready for the new items to be placed, as we will not move your existing furniture to make room for the new items.

Packaging Removal Service:

Our Packaging removal service is when our delivery team takes back all the packaging from your new product upon completion of the delivery. If this service is not requested at the time of purchase than our delivery team will place the packaging neatly by your curbside or the garage.
